False Avertising

I placed an order online for a Samsung Wireless pad, When I went to the outlet to collect it, They gave me something totally different to what was advertised, The resolution offered was to refund me which is not good enough. As the consumer I am entitled to pay the price that is displayed and it is not my problem if the incorrect price was advertised. Will never trust Cellucity nor will I support them in future. I have pictures of the product that was advertised online and the description. I expect the product I paid for to be delivered to me as they have already made me go out of my way for the incorrect product.
