False Advertising and Unacceptable Service

This is now the 2nd time that Cellucity has promoted and advertised products which they cannot deliver. In December we went to Cellucity in Somerset Mall and signed up for 2 IPhone's which the could not source. Special was however promoted all around the store. We have now again been to them and signed up for the 2 phones which again they cannot guarantee as to when they will get phones, Now they blame Vodacom. This seems like a great way to get customers into the shop and then lure them into other sales. Absolutely Unacceptable.
