False Advertising

<p>Went to Cellucity Mall of Africa on Sunday 30 April 2016 for a Huawei P8 contract on uChoose 200 with additional 500MB of Data which was on promotion. Unfortunately when we were about to do the paperwork- the sales rep advised that they were unable to port my existing Cell C number as it can only be done Mon-Fri (understandable). He then advised that we can come in on the Monday 1st May 2016 and they would be able to assist with the same deal. I called the store 3 times on that Monday and they assisted with the porting of my number and advised that we could come in and collect our device. After driving in the traffic from Alberton to Midrand, when we got to the store that Monday evening- the sales rep advises us that the deal was only valid until the Sunday and that the deal was not going to be renewed. Totally annoyed with the fact that false expectation was created, we accepted the phone on the uChoose 200 contract without the additional data regardless of the fact that we were in the store on the Sunday & could have taken the deal with a new number- which i was not advised of?? But what really ****es me off is that i was at the Cellucity Gateway this past Sa****ay 21st May 2016 and they have the same uChoose 200 with 500MB of data currently running until the end of May!!!! Really Cellucity! Totally Disappointed...</p>
