extremely poor customer service

We have a business contract with Cellucity and the experience overall has been appalling and business damaging. The service was good until we signed the contract after which the customer service has been virtually non-existent. As a result, we resorted to contact Vodacom directly, where the customer service improved somewhat but then started to deteriorate more and more over the past 1.5 years. Cellucity's customer care line has not been much help and the head office does not appear to exists, as our calls go unanswered every time and their mailbox is full. Today our entire office was offline and because our contract includes VOIP and data services we were unable to operate resulting in major damages and losses. This is also not the first time this has happened. After being offline for more than 12 hours now, we are yet to be contacted by Cellucity or Vodacom and have not received any correspondence from our customer relations agent, as they do not have time to communicate with us. Vodacom has lodged various tickets for a technician to contact us but we are still waiting. Various promises have been that our equipment will be updated but to date, this has not been executed either. I would advise any business to be very cautious before signing a contract with Cellucity or Vodacom. I have been running a business for over 25 years and cannot recall ever having to resort to venting my frustrating on ‘Hello Peter’, but I am simply at a loss here. We have exhausted all avenues in trying to make contact with somebody, really anybody, at both organisations, and all we request is the basic service we pay for and were promised. It is with desperation that I write this post and my hope is that the right person at Cellucity or Vodacom reads this; a person who still has the integrity to actually do the work they are hired to do and that someone will contact us.
