Expect the least

I was looking for cellphone insurance, and was in store to get a gel screen guard. I asked Nabeela and she said I am welcome to send the store an email. I emailed her the very next day, with all my supporting documents. Fast forward a few days later and she has loaded my details on the system and said I should receive a call within 48 hrs to confirm everything. 48 hrs later nothing. I phoned the number she provided in the morning, no one answered. I phoned again a couple of hours later, and the phone call ended mid conversation (person on the phone also spoke over me while I was explaining the situation) as I was giving my ID number. Anyways, I at least expected a callback but nothing. I then emailed Nabeela from Cellucity Cavendish again to ask her if head office could contact me. She told me, alternatively I could email them. I responded back to the email asking her to forward the email address and she has not responded since which was June 7th. Had I known Cellucity was this useless I wouldn't have wasted my time. Now I dont know if I have cellphone insurance or not.
