Exceptional service

Its very rare to get even mediocre service from a cell phone shop let along good service but today i want to give a very big thanks to DJ from Cellucity in Somerset Mall. Wanting to upgrade and change a Cell C number to a Vodacom number the vodacom people were near useless. A few things had to happen.. my portfolio had to be upgraded followed by a request to do a port on the SIM. I was instructed to do all this via the call center.. which I’m sure everyone knows is ons of the most frustrating things to do and the biggest waste of time. After the Vodacom disappointment i decided to go to Cellucity. The consultant, DJ, explained why my portfolio was low and said he’ll take care of everything. He upgraded my portfolio, did the port request and even took care of claiming the extras that come with the contract so i can just collect it in store. 2 days later DJ phoned to request my documents to finalise the port. Another 2 days later i got a call from him saying my phone is ready and was waiting for me when I walked into the shop. I’ve never experienced service on this level. I would highly recommend DJ at Cellucity Somerset Mall for any new contract. He has been so helpful and made the process so easy.
