Excellent service from Susan

I would just like to extend my gratitude towards Susan at the store for assisting me and my son, when we wanted to upgrade our Vodacom contracts. The Vodacom upgrade system was not very stable and Susan found it difficult to assist us with the upgrade process; the system being offline, then online, then offline and so on. We were busy with the upgrade process, but Susan couldn't complete it, due to the problem of the system. She asked us to see if we can stay in the shopping mall for other shopping, while she tries to see if she could complete the upgrade process. We left the mall in the meantime, but were not far from it, when Susan phoned and said that the she was able to complete the upgrade process and if we can please see if we can get back to the mall. She really went the extra mile by assisting us in a very professional way, even with the Vodacom system being unstable and still managed to upgrade both of our cell phone contracts with a smile. Susan, please keep up the good work and going the extra mile - you are outstanding and Cellucity have gained two new customers. Hope you get this message; thanks again for AWESOME service.
