Excellent customer service

I came into the store last week the 14th and put in an application for a contract- unfortunately due to incorrect information supp**** by Woolworths to credit bureau my application was denied.<br> <br> After contacting Woolworths and clearing up the matter- they provided me with the necessary letter to continue with my application and it was approved.<br> <br> Patrick has been so helpful with everything- keeping me updated an making it a pleasurable experience. He has even gone the extra mile by helping me with regards to other difficulties I had with my sim card.<br> <br> I was nervous at first to change from MTN to Cellucity/Vodacom but after the excellent service I received I am without a doubt excited to be a customer of theirs.<br> <br> I just want to thank Patrick for his excellent service and patience with me.
