I brought a new iphone 13 Mac pro from cellular v&a waterfront in cape town. So the monday last week . So I did not use my phone that day cause there was no charge in the box so I had to waiting until I had to go to istore to go buy and charge first. So I charge my phone so for . Wen I charge my phone my phone was so hot it was cooking in my hand and wen I try to put my email account on my iphone I just froze so I had to take the phone back to cellular ar v&a waterfront. So the one consultant told me for the first day the phone have to be to that. This is not my 7th iphone and not one of my other I phone has done that. so the consultant of waterfront. So I called cellular city now at canal walk and I spoke to the cellphone technician and he says there is no iphone 13 Mac pro that was booked at the branch. And the technician even says he did not even had got a phone that was booked in from waterfront v&a store. So I I called the store where I brought the phone he told me that the phone was booked in but the store is close today due to its a public holiday. So I just come from the branch and the branch is open at canal walk its not even close. But the guy told me now that the canal walk cellular is close cause I just spoken to someone that are and technition and my phone is not booked in. Guys please don't even got to cellular store at v&a waterfront cape town the customer service is pathetic and they dont have any customer service experience. And the other guy with the piercing help me so nice I was looking for him cause of his service and then they guy says he was not there but after we go walk away for 2hour come back then the guy was there so that guy stole the sale from that guy. The guy wth the piercing I was looking for to help me but the guy told us he was not here . Guys I won't set my foot in that store again. Plz dont ever go to that store ever again please guys . The worse customer service I ever experienced in my life
