Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased a brand-new iPhone 16, and just 7 days later, the device wouldn’t turn on. They labeled it as an "out-of-box failure" and gave me the complete runaround.

It’s been 14 days with no updates, and the store manager, Reese Roberts, along with his assistant, Nabeelah, have been no help at all. They just offer empty apologies and provide nothing but excuses. I’m paying for a phone I don’t have! This is the last time I’ll ever make a purchase from them.
