Disappointing Service ever!!!!!

The worst customer service ever, I app**** for a cellphone contract on the 2nd of April 2022, got a call back from a guy to let me know that I do not qualify for the double deal that i app**** for but, that he will vet me and check if I qualify for a single deal and call back in 10mins, it is now the 11th of April 2022 and still no call back. I would not recommend anyone to do business with the, what a disgusting service.
