Disappointing service

Very disappointed by Cellucity Hemmingways. I bought a cellphone from them yesterday Saturday 2023-12-30 and was not happy with the phone's specs considering the price I paid for it. The phone did not meet the expectation as recommended by the salesperson. It is a low-end phone at a midrange phone price, overpriced. They refused to have me exchange the phone for my first option even though it was not even 4 hours past the purchase time of the phone. The manager told me a cellphone is like an underwear it cannot be exchanged.
