Coverage sucks

<p>So according to Cell C my house seems to move aroung!!! I have intermitant reception one day good then 2 days bad, they now say im in a bad area, so when did it become a bad area? it was always ok now it comes and goes, THEIR clever solution,,, for ME to BUY a data card and data package to use wifi calling, SO my questions are as follows: 1) WHY must i spend money to fix a problem when i already spend thousands on a contract? 2)If i already have no reception HOW IN F$%&'s name is a data card going to have reception?????? I pay for a service and they dont provide it. Is the legal route the next step???</p>
