I apl**** via cellphone for a contract at vodacom , called the number and thought it was baywest mall, after finding out that its actually greenacres branch, I was told that I dont qualify for the contract I actually wanted, so my girlfriend decided to apply. They then told her that she actually qualifys for the contract but just needs to bring her documents in. We then had trouble trying to get the contract done at baywest instead of greenacres because it was more convenient. Eventually it was done and the contract was no being processed by cellucity in baywest mall port elizabeth. My girlfriend decided to apply for 2 contracts instead of one. She was told that she only qualified for the one contract. Anyway we went to baywest and got the deal done, paid the connection fee and did the sim swop. Everything was sorted out and I left the branch as a happy customer, standing and waitn to buy cinnabon the consultant came running after me and ask me to come back into the branch, we were then told we dont qualify for the contract, now my question is what is going on, she qualified all along untill we actually left the branch. After a long day of follow ups her id was not verified.<br>
