Consultant harassment

I'm extremely disappointed in Cellucity's consultant from the Canal Walk branch using and abusing His authority and work resources to harass myself and multiple people, He went to the extend of logging into one of my friends mobile account's and downloading his calling logs and contacting random people, He keeps calling from work harassing everyone. I'm utterly disgusted because this is a breach of clients information and the protection of their database which has a direct impacted on the brand other which this consultant represents. I tried on more then one occasion to contact the branch manager which was also unsuccessful, my next step will be the police including law suits for beach of data protection act.
