Childish and unprofessional staff

<p>I'm giving this review two stars instead of just one because I genuinely am happy with Cellucity The Grove's service I've gotten over the last few years. However, the lack of professionalism and down right childishness of the staff at that particular store is getting to me and so I'm writing this to let management know of this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I visited the store a while back because I wanted to inquire about something and found staff members sitting on each other's laps. It really just communicates a very unprofessional image.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even worse, I needed to go to the store yesterday because (long story short) I needed one of the staff members to add the caller ID R9,99 amount to my account. After I stated my case, the lady who helped me said VERY sarcastically that my issue is not a train smash. She did proceed to help me and did what I asked but I was really shocked by her attitude. Customers expect to receive friendly service no matter how small the issue. What's more is that while she was helping me she scrolled through Instagram on her phone and showed one of the other ladies photos and talking about them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Like I said before I've always been satisfied with Cellucity's service but these last two encounters with the staff themselves were really unprofessional and very dissapointing.</p>
