Cellucity Vodacom tygervalley

I app**** for a contract for a iPhone 6s plus 128g cpo model with the consultant named dillinger on the 16th August 2020 who then told me that their branch does not have stock but his sure he can get stock from a different branch and have it there within 5 working days. He then did the application with Vodacom which was provisionally approved which I had to make a down payment before getting the contract with them so on the 28th of August I went back to the store and made the down payment while I was in store and they mentioned to me that they needed the payment before they can get the stock which should take 5 working days. Dillion then goes on leave and does not give his work to his work colleagues to follow up as they supposed to do that if they are aware on going long on leave as that is what you should expect from any company.ckear no one there knew anything about my application after coming back to the store once again they never made any communication or a follow up with me regarding the contract. I then think it must have been the manger Justin that assisted me as he told me unfortunately there's no stock and it would arrive on the 18th of September or by the latest the 24 of September but they will contact me of which never happened. I then decided to go the store once again on the 26 of September hoping it will be there.came to the store and the sales consultants still mentioned the guy who assisted me is still on leave which I think is disgusting services if you knew you weren't going to be there for a while you should make sure you distribute your work load to your colleague. They informed me that they do not have stock and now it will only arrive in October. The consultant who gave me this information told me he is sending an email to all the staff as well as the manger will contact me giving me some feedback regarding the stock that been awaiting. A week has passed by and no one has contacted me and decided to go to the store once again which is dated the 7th of October. This time they informed that they received the stock yesterday.to my excitement thinking today is the day I will be walking out with my phone after 2 months of waiting. Unfortunately once checking the system they discovered that my contract has expired and payment was already made to Vodacom.the consultant then contacted Vodacom.to hear what should happen.hearing the conversation he mentioned that my contact was on suppose to expire on the 21st of October. He then informed that they will need to refund me my payment which is going to take at least 7 working days then only will I be able to reapply for a new contract which the phone I app**** for is no longer on the catalogue.i think this is poor communication and horrible customer service as I waited patiently for 2 months just to find myself without any satisfaction. They kept me hanging as Vodacom already had my money and I couldn't apply any where else.
