cellucity Vodacom pathetic service.

Put an application in this morning for a contract, still no one has gotten back to me. I needed to change the application and have left a message with cellucitys Whatsapp, no one bothers to answer, left a message on the Facebook messenger, no one bothers to answer, the application is through the Blue route mall Vodacom shop. Left a Whatsapp message on their number for assistance, still no has bothered to answer, tried calling them twice...and on one answers the phone. This is absolutely pathetic service. I want to cancel my application now as I no longer wish to do business with them due to bad service.
