Jees people, if I order a phone online and select 10:30 as the delivery time. I expect it to be there. Instead I walked into the store, waited 30 MINUTES for service and then the employee tells me that the driver only comes between 11am and 2pm... I have no words. The employee didn't even care!

If this really is the case then why do you let your customers choose a specific collection time? All you are doing is waisting people's time and money for that matter.
