Cellucity, ******* and idiots.

I purchased a cellphone on contract at the end of 2017. In May 2018, I discovered my cell phone had been hacked, I informed Cellucity, but the infant tech, actually laughed at me and said cellphone's cannot be hacked, I went to the SAP, but they had no clue about what I was trying to tell them, I did not do online banking again. And because of the contract that was signed at the time, it said, the contract that cellphone's were safe. I informed Vodacom that payment for something that was, as far as the contract went, I was no longer going to pay my R150, a month and I did not use the phone. My cellphone number from that contract no longer exists on any network. Which I find odd. I still have the cellphone and the box it came in, the fact that every time I tried to let Vodacom know, and was completely ignored was disturbing. I was due for an upgrade at the end of last year. But once again the Vodacom staff laughed me off. Your service has much left to be desired and tell Tobi, that his programmer should maybe start programming him to actually help. The star I gave Vodacom and Cellucity was simply to write this review. I would like Vodacom to hounor our agreement.
