Cellucity SUCKS

Ordered a Samsung A22 only to have a faulty device upon arrival. Sim card tray was ineffective and some major sound problems with the media when recording. Then, Cellucity delivered another device. The SAME problem with the sound on the second device delivered. Then, they had the audacity to charge me for courier to come and collect the charger in order for me to get a full refund from Samsung. I paid for a Silicone cover on the first device and was not refunded for that. Now I need to pay courier on top of waiting for WEEKS for a new phone without any connection!!!!!! Unacceptable. NEVER BUY FROM CELLUCITY!
