Cellucity S10

Just a warning that there is NO after sales service at the Hemingways East London. Paid for a screen Protector for my S10 and they apparently put on a gel covering, on taking phone to approved Samsung Repairer to find out why phone was not working we were told screen was cracked and that there was no protector whatsoever on the screen, we took this up with Cellucity and was informed by the arrogant Manageress that they under no circumstances will replace the Screen,. She phoned a "Manager" Brian who informed us that we must have taken the gel protector off and that they definitely put it on. No packaging for the gel was given to us. I was prepared to meet half way with the cost of the Screen but they would not budge. What happened to the Screen Protector that was paid for has now become a he said she said, so before you leave the premises make sure you ask for packaging and check if protector is on as you will get NO help from them
