Cellucity provides the worst customer service

Had the misfortune to visit the Summerset West branch today to get a new contract. To say the experience was awful is a understatement.

I researched the contract I wanted online, phoned the store to ensure I had the right information before coming in.

When I did get to the store was heated by a young sales person who informed me that the contract I wanted was R20 more per month and when I asked why, explaining that I had checked online and called in, he shrugged his shoulders, told me it was the system and that they could not be held liable for what was printed in their brochure or online.

His take it or leave it attitude was so shocking that I decided to leave it. All he had to do was apologise, maybe try to explain the discrepancy, and I would have still taken the contract.

Cellucity, I will never ever make use of any of your stores again, and will inform everyone I can of the poor regard you have for your customers.

Terrible, if I could give minus stars I would.
