cellucity pavilion bad customer experience

so i took a phone with pay joy at cellucity pavilion with sales rep named reon who also convinced me to take up insurance for my phone of which i did.so my phone had broken screen took to them for fixing first they denied i had insurance then they took my phone for fixing waited a whole month got the phone back the sense is damaged the phone types it own things its worse you cant use the device the worst experience i would not support suggest business no respect for the consumer protection act.
