Cellucity online cellphone purchase

I Bought a phone from their online division in Buitengracht Street, Cape Town, and in short just a horrible experience. A certain Carlo from there lost the phone then shipped it, not to my home adress as contracted, but to a Cellucity store 20km away without my consent, while there are 3 stores closer. And to add insult to Injury its Vodacom Network locked, according to ICASA not permitted, but tell that to the worst Cellphone store in South Africa! andthe phone is now useless to my 76 year old mother in Gauteng, and they aren't assisting at all.
