Cellucity Midrand - Will never upgrade or purchase anything from their store and wont recommend them.

I will never upgrade at Cellucity Midrand or recommend them! I upgraded to the Samsung S9+ in May. Was told that there is a bundle deal that includes the Dexpad, Memory card, Voucher and the VR Gear System. I received the Dexpad and the Memory card off of the Rewards app but Samsung till this day states that it is Cellucity that needs to give me the VR Gear set for my Samsung S9! Cellucity keeps saying its not them even though the Manager of Cellucity stated the thing only costs Samsung R350 so why dont they just give it. MY POINT EXACTLY! Just give me what is owed to me!
