Cellucity & Huawei devices

Sold me a faulty Huawei device and refuse to fix it regardless of how many videos I send them of it being faulty. I had sent the phone to cape Town for Olinka's attention probably 3 times now to fix and now they want me to fit the bills to send the phone back and forth for them to fix it. I brought it to attention within the first month that it was faulty and we decided to try and repair it before we refund or replace it after not being able repair it both the refund or replacement option was taken off the table. The phone literally just sits in a drawer now and is a total waste of money. I never even got the chance to make use of it.
