Cellucity horrible customer service clearwater mall

I had a phone for 3 days, struggled to use a phone with an unfami**** name and when i try to return the phone to the store they simply refuse stating that it has to go through assessments and when I advise that there is nothing wrong with the device they say there is still no way they can refund me even though I advise im am struggling to use the phone
