Cellucity Hemingways & The Real Repair Company Bad Service!!!! 🚮🚮🚮🚮

I booked my Iphone 12 in on the 8th November,told it will take 7 days and they will communicate with me during the process. Its the 25th today and they never called me I was the one who called them after 10 days and they told me they do not know when will my phone be fixed. I called again today and I was told the same story, I currently do not have a phone. I had to borrow a small phone whilst I’m waiting for mine. My phone is still under warranty and to this day I hate doing business with them together with the Real Repair Company! They will promise to call you back and they will never do. Today Lisa told me they will not replace my phone so I must wait for God knows until when! It has a charging point problem I bought it in May 2024. When I call I will be on hold for 20 minutes plus! With my airtime yho!
