Cellucity has the Worst customer service experience ever

I took my phone to cellucity the Grove in pretoria,to get it fixed around last year October but when I received the phone they just damaged it worse as they damaged the charging port of the phone and we were asked to bring it back in to make matters worse the guy fixing it by the name of THULA is giving us quite a run around as to what's happening its been 5 months now and when I call head office they just said "tough luck" imagine as a paying customer with your hard earned money they just say "tough luck",so I'll be dealing with them legally from now on cause this is unacceptable customer service
