Cellucity Gateway terrible business practice

I went thru to cellucity in gateway. I was convinced by the sales agent to take a different package to what I initially was interested in. The sales agent misled me on some of the information on the package to ensure that he would make the sale. I did not read thru the paperwork as I took the sales agents word to be the truth as this was a face to face instore sale. The agents lies and misleading information led me into a very uncomfortable and frustrating financial situation. I then made complaints to the company and the store management show no interest in the truth coming from myself as a client. However choose to believe their staff. The store manager Fuad has shown absolute no interest in sorting out this matter or taking any disciplinary action against the staff. this company clearly condones lies and misleading behaviour from their staff to make company profits increase.
