Cellucity Customer Service is Ridiculous

I am appalled at the service that was/is still provided by Cellucity Online and your courier service.

Firstly, you deliver the Samsung A71 Single SIM ( wrong device) instead of Samsung A71 Dual SIM - I now see on your website that you have increased the price substantially for this device? Secondly, you offer another device Samsung A51 Dual SIM which I have waited to receive for more than a month now and you tell me it is lost? Lastly, whenever we try to get a hold of you or ask for you to return a call it is never done as you are never available?

I am still waiting for my refund and any efforts to get a hold of you or management is not successful - all messages I leave are never returned
