Cellucity Clearwater - Employee Prices incorrectly than advertised

The person that was processing my upgrade made this experience extremely unpleasant. I usually upgrade at the Vodacom store but they didn't have stock of the item I wanted so I decided to try Cellucity and based on this poor experience I will never go back there or recommend them. The employee confirmed they have stock of the items I wanted, he was supposed to call me to come back to the store and spend 5 minutes to do the confirmation and pick up the devices. He never called so clearly my business isn't important. When I spent almost 2 hours for him to try and upgrade he didnt have stock of all the devices which he promised he had, the quote ended up being R200 more per month than advertised and when I showed the advert to him in the book in store he said the advert was wrong so they lure you to the store with false advertising. Needless to say I walked out and wont return!
