Cellucity Cavendish - watch out

My experience with Cellucity in Cavendish Square has been extremely disappointing. I would recommend avoiding them. We needed to replace the screen and battery of my daughter’s iPhone 10 and got a quote from Cellucity for ‘original’ replacement parts. Turned out there was a mixup and we were told the quote was for an original battery but generic screen only after installation. After much deliberation we went ahead on the basis that the screen would be just as good and they’d extend the 6 month warranty by 12 months. 3 months later the screen has a bright band across it and the iPhone is unusable. Now the story is that the phone ‘must be physically damaged’ - despite no visible damage to the screen - so the warranty doesn’t cover it. Yoh!
