Cellucity Cavendish - Useless

The staff are unfriendly and completely useless. I went in to upgrade my phone. The staff had no idea about the different packages available and kept trying to up sell me to higher data and airtime packages.

When I got home and turned on the new phone, it wouldn't work. Unfortunately the next day was Christmas and I was away so I could only go back to the store after the 7 day return policy. Note: No one ever answers their phone so I couldn't even report the problem.

When I returned to the store the staff firstly didn't want to talk to me or look at the phone and then when they eventually realized that the phone didn't even turn on, they accused me of dropping the phone and told me that I'd be charged to find out what the problem is. The phone hadn't ever been used. I'd taken it out of the box for 5 minutes. It wouldn't turn on. I placed it back in the box and returned it to them. Not a scratch or mark on it.

I eventually agreed to pay and have the phone sent away to be checked. They did this and then I heard nothing for almost a month. During this time I repeatedly tried to call to get an update. They never answer the phone. Eventually one day miraculously someone answered the phone. They told me, "O yes your phones been back for two weeks but no one wrote your details down or we lost the details so we didn't know who's phone it was."

Absolutely pathetic service all round. If I could give a negative star I would.
