Cellucity Canal Walk Refuse to refund and it is against the law and consumer act ....

I recommended my brother to buy a Plantronics bluetooth headset and I took him to the Cellucity Canal walk where I bought mine ... At arrival in the shop a Shop assistant lady helped us and we asked to get the same bluetooth Plantronics that I have ... she rep**** they have one model in the shop and it will have exactly the same functions than mine after she looked at mine .... So my brother bought it and put it on charge when he came home ... He tried it out later when he discovered that it does not have the same functions that the lady said it would have ... So he thought to take it back and ask for the one she recommended ... At arrival the next day after he bought it ... we went again and spoke to the same lady that sold us that one ... We asked her for the same functionality one that she said it would have and the same what I have ... and that we can do a swap ... She rep**** and said that they dont have that model and after she confirmed with Riaan in the shop that they wont order that model and that we have no choice just to have that one ... I asked her that if you cant give me the model or order it for us then you can just give us a refund and we can go to another place to get the bluetooth that we want ... She refused to do a refund and Riaan also refused after he phoned the manager .... So I told her , you sold us the wrong model and we are just here to get the right one and you refuse to order us the right model or just simply do a refund .... The lady, Riaan and the manager on the phone refused to do a refund for us ... I told the lady and Riaan that we have a right and the consumer act is on our side and they have to give us the refund ....

The bluetooth was not used by us at all and the lady opened up the box before we bought it at the store ... we only tested it to see its not the unit that we wanted ... and brought it back the next day ...

All the pieces is there with the box and the slip ... There is no reason for them to withhold a refund and they are breaking the law not to refund us and its against the consumer act law ...
