Cellucity big ****

I got **** to and misled by an in store sales consultant at Mall of Africa at Cellucity stores.i app**** to buy a phone online with them.they send me an email and said I should go to the store to finalize the purchase.

On day 2 I received an sms that say I got a R1000 voucher I can use toward paying my phone.i then went to the store for further clarification.

This is when the sales consultant told me the R1000 voucher be used towards my deposit.i just have to pay an amount of R347.00 on that day.i ask her twice to make sure.She said she was 100% sure.i then told her I'm going home to bring her all the required documents.

I came back after 1 hour and she started to capture my details.after all was done she now changed the statement that I have to pay the full amount and the voucher would be used next time.

Cellucity is a big **** and they are full of lies and lack transparency do not waste your time applying for any contract on cellphone with them.its all a ****.
