Cellphone

On the 31 August 2021 i bought a vodacom cellphone at jet cellular at Elloff street in town,after two weeks the phone stop working,i took it back to the shop where i bought,with the hope of they will fix it since it has the warranty.but the gentleman that assisted me said vodacom wont fix it since it's not technical issue.he advise to take it those who fixes phones in town.which i did but they refused saying the phone is still new they dont wanna take chances and fix it.i must report the company where i bought the phone cause phone its not even 3 months old. So i am writting this hoping to get advised on how to handle this matter.
