CAN A STORE ADD ADDITIONAL FAULTS AFTERWARDS
Horrified, disgusted and unexcusable. I Purchased a Huwaei P7 on the 15 December 2014 from CelluCity, N1 City, Cape Town. Last Sunday, the device was booked in because it was overheating while charging and actually causing the Charge Port to melt.. The Phone was in an impeccable condition and at the time of Hand in the Consultant checks the phone for scratches and gives you a diagram to verify that that was there. The outcome of the repair was that the Device cannot be repaired due to Physical Damage.

MY FAULT REPORTED AND WRITTEN DOWN WAS: The phone was not charging at the time of charging device overheated causing the charger and phone not to be chargeable. The phone is less than a year old purchased on the 15 December 2014.
THE STORE FAULT REPORT: PHYSICAL DAMAGE/PAINT PEELING/HOUSING & SLIDE ASSY FAIILURE, DEVICE ID CHARGING AND OVERHEATED. The Store Manager, Clint Stellenboom has the nerve to say that when he checked the Device IN MY ABSENCE, the next day, he found the additional stuff and had to report it.
This is totally ********* as the documentation that I signed and left the store with was altered Word for Word and no communication not even a Courteousy call.
