bought 3 tablets, all stopped charging within 2 months!!!

INITIAL POST (posted on trust pilot) bought 3 bubblegum tablets and all 3 stopped charging within 2 months. Wasted R5397 !!!

MY UPDATE when you called last week, you agreed to send an email through with a contact number, name and return email address for future correspondence. this email has not been received.

i returned the tablets on Sunday morning to your branch and last week you mentioned the tablet will be couriered to you over-night and i will receive initial feedback by today with confirmation of my refund being processed by Friday. Today is Wednesday and i have not received the email promised last week, or any further communication and i have no contact information to contact you, forcing us to continue our conversation over this review
