Biggest Bunch of ******** You will ever find!!!

I would just like to share again with all of You and remind You how this place has ****med me short while ago when I bought a phone from them for R13k. (i am specifically referring to the branch at The Grove Mall, manager at the time Sam, and the regional Manager Cornelius) I received the phone and 1week into using it half the scree n went dead. After months of arguing and being without a device it was declared OBF and changed for the exact same model. When it arrived first thing I noted was they never removed the price tag on the box. I paid R13k for a device they bought for R5999. Sickening! Almost year after that exact same problem. Half the screen went dead. They sent it to Vodacom repair center. Long time after that they came back and said no there is a small crack on the screen i abused the device and the warranty wont cover it. Normal wear and Tear. And by this time it was all over the internet that this model had a Hardware problem. That is also why support and manufacture has been discontinued. After months of begging and arguing they refused to fix / exchange so I fetched the device The stupid salesman was so impressed that they managed to rob me that he was smiling in my face about it. But he is so stupid he left the papers from Vodacom repair center in the bag and gave it to Me. On the papers Vodacom states clearly, Hardware Failure! Replace under Warranty with(and there was 2 or 3 different models they recommended that has equal value) I complained to the Ombudsman but they had planned their lies and ********* game plan so carefully that I didn't stand a chance. They excluded the Vodacom reporrt in their reply and they took pictures of another device that was cracked and dented and i was amazed to see the case was closed just like that. I filed for appeal and included all documents and pictures showing that the device they had photographed was not mine but then lockdown hit us and I am still awaiting appeal feedback. I had to buy another device at huge cost in the meantime because they just don't care since they already took my money. Stay away from this place! The biggest bunch of ******** You will come across! They not only load the prices with more than 100% but if You think You will have cover on the factory reject **** they sell, think twice. They will absolutely try every **** in the book to de***** you. Be warned! I will still post update when I get feedback!
