Bad service

Very bad service from this company. I bought an IPhone online and wanted to return it immediately as it was the wrong model and battery was faulty.(30/12/2021)They insisted that it be sent for repairs. They marked all details and condition of the phone and sent it to be checked. Then they informed us the battery is faulty but we then again informed them that we don't want the phone as we wanted an iPhone 7.They then rep**** and informed us there is nothing wrong with the battery and they will exchange it with an iPhone 7 but we needed to pay in an amount that was to much for us and we asked them for our money back. Then all of a sudden there was scratches on the phone and the phone was not in the prestine condition we received it in. Yet on their paper where they marked the condition of the phone there are no indications of any scratches. They said they will refund the purches price less 10%.We said we will have to except that then and they informed us that the moneys will be payed out 2 weeks ago on the Wednesday. No money! I sent a mail to enquire and they said it will be payed out this week Wednesday. No money yet. We have been having problems with this company since 30 December 2021 until today 18 February 2022.We will never do business or recommend this place to anyone ever!
