Bad service

I don't usually complain about service but today was one of the days I thought I should sit down and write my review. Me and my wife received a terrible service in 2 of your stores today Kenilworth and Cavendish. My wife's phone was acting up for days so we decided to go and buy her a new phone and I was also looking to repair my LCD. The first place that came in our minds was Cellucity coz we have heard about their excellent service and good prices when buying cash. We were ignored as we walked in the store, not even a "hie, welcome how can we assist you "and we were the only customers in the store. Instead they carried on with their conversation as we don't exist. We approached a colored lady that was sitting behind the counter and told her about our budget and what we looking for, she gave us a very bad attitude and she seemed like someone who is not willing to assist us at all, we walked out and drove to Cavendish branch hoping to get a better service. We got to the shop at about 4:40pm and we could see everyone is busy, so we waited until all counters were empty, so as we standing there waiting to be assisted. The staff started leaving the store 1 by 1 up until we decided to approach another lady who was also on her way out. We asked her if they is anyone to assist us, her response with another attitude was "Excuse me!!! How long have you been waiting coz I did not see you and our shift is done we still waiting for another shift to come in. So no one could assist us coz their shift was done. Wow! What an experience we had from Cellucity today. We ended up buying our phone in another store. Very disappointed
