Bad Service and they are not willing to refund me

Bought a Pre-owned phone online in January 2025 and the phone didn't even switch on when I received it. Upon realizing that the phone is not switching on I returned the phone. Its almost March and I haven't received any help regarding the cellphone issue. The company doesn't even call or send an email to keep customers updated. They just keep quiet. As a customer when you call they will give you the run around telling you that the manager is not available currently they will call you back when he comes which they never do- it is just a lie. I requested for a refund but all they tell me is they will talk to the manager and give me an updated which they don't even bother doing. The customer service reps are also rude and they will give you the run around always.
