Bad service and false advertising

I seen the advert online ahead of black friday 2022, cellucity advertised a samsung galaxy tab A8 for R 4,799.00. I called thr canal walk branch the same day to find out if they had stock which they confirmed they had. Within am hour I went out to purchase the tablet. I bought 2 other items with it.....on my return home I checked my slip and they had overcharged me by R100. The next day I called the canal walk branch and they said to me R4799 was a online deal. I advised that no where on the ad did it say it was online only and it is false advertising. I later called the head office at V & A waterfront and spoke to a guy by the name of Tyril(correction to name spelling) I explained my experieince. He said to me it was a online deal of which I told him no where in the ad did it say online only. In concusion to our discussion he said he would speak to the people and get back to me...2 days had passed with no call from him. I called on the third day and left a message for him to call me back...to this day I am still waiting. It it 6 days. I would not recommend purchasing anything from cellucity as they don't keep upto their word and have false advertising. The CPA act talks about false advertising.
