Bad Service
Good Morning We have a contract phone since July 2020 with Cellucity/Vodacom. The phone an iPhone 6s Plus went dead and could not be charged at all on the 11th December 2020, when we immediately took it to Cellucity Somerset West Mall, where we bought it. Here my problems start. The phone was forwarded to Vodacom Centaury City from Cellucity Somerset West to be repaired. Centaury City then returned the phone to Cellucity Somerset West, because it was still on the iCloud., which the technician Nevine removed the iCloud (according to him) whilst we were in the shop on the 11th December 2020. A lady called Tara at Cellucity Somerset West helped and then removed the iPhone from the iCloud and forward it back to Centaury City, which could not repair the iPhone and forward the phone to Vodacom Midrand. Apparently in the Cape Province, there are no person that can decide on a replacement phone. This iPhone is sitting still after a month at Vodacom Midrand and up to now the only person willing to help is Aneesa Enos at Vodacom Centaury City. The promises that the phone will be back in Cape Town is daily made wit a sincere apology comment. Cellucity in Somerset West is not interested in contacting the client about the phone nor phoning back. Aneesa Enos is the only person helping us, but to no avail. According to Aneesa Enos the phone is still at Vodacom Midrand. I have written emails and chat to the directly (got the transcripts) and written a email to there technicians as well as Chris Henschel (Cellucity Head Office) which they did not even bother to answer.
Please forward your email address. I want to forward the emails and transcripts to you.
This service we getting is really disgusting .
