Good afternoon manager , yesterday I extended my contract to include 2x products.

As per the consultant it was to arrive today by 5pm, I called earlier to enquire and no answer.

The consultant I spoke to today said he was going to enquire where it was

When I arrived in the store this afternoon, it was said the unit will only be in store tomorrow.

Why give deadline if it cannot be honored.

Do you treat all long term vodacom clients in this manner.
