Bad customer service

Good day

I went to cellucity to buy a pouch in Bedford centre and I had to wait for close to 20 minutes cos the assistants were busy with other clients, I decided to go and ask a lady who was busy then she shouted at me asking me if I can't see she's busy but all I wanted was a pouch for my cellphone,.. Then I kept quiet and wait, after 5 minutes another white customer comes and she didn't even wait and were assisted before me and she wanted a pouch as well. I was so ****ed and tell myself I'll never ever go to that cellucity.. Even after waiting for that 20 minutes they couldn't help me cos they didn't have any pouch that I wanted in stock. I deserve to be treated with respect like anyone else, what they did was not fair and I'll never ever go back to that store again
