Bad Cellucity experience

I bought a Samsung Z flip 5 in December 5th,which had a special running up to December 8th. (Buy a Z Flip and receive R2000 voucher to purchase Samsung accessories for the phone) I was told they don't have the phone in stocks so they will order it. They phone arrived Dec 15th when I was called to collect it. Upon enquiring about the R2000 gift voucher I was told that the special has ended. I informed them that I had come before the special ended and the reason of attraction to this phone was because of the voucher. I asked them to cancel everything as I was not angry and was not interested in the phone anymore. I was then convinced that Samsung does have free gift giveaways i.e Bluetooth headphones,powerbanks so I should continue with the purchase and they will ensure that I receive a good enough gift for my purchase. My IMEI number was taken. Samsung rep called and I've been told to come back on Fri everytime. When I'm there Friday I'm told the lady isn't there,they will call me, which also never happened. Everything I pass by there I become angry as I feel I have been taken for a fool. I don't wish to do any business with them ever again
