Bad attitude

I would not recommend going to the Cellucity in Bedford center, let’s start with me getting my phone fixed, I had brought in my screen to be replaced as it was damaged, while waiting for my phone to be fixed I had asked the lady behind the counter if she could please assist me in finding a PEP store while I wait for the phone to be fixed, she looked me up and down and said “Do you know where you are Honey, there is no PEP here we are in Befordview maybe you can go look at some other mall for a PEP!”. I was horrified at the way she spoke to me as I am not fami**** with the Bedford centre. When receiving my fixed phone, I noticed the camera was hazy when trying to use it later on. I then took it back the shop and asked them to please clean the camera as it was dirty and filled with dust, she insisted that I must replace the camera , that was simply dirty, and she said to me that she did notice the camera was dirty when replacing the screen and her only response was she thought I knew it was dirty. I was actually shocked at her response. Why would I have wanted my front camera to be dirty??? So I left and called another branch asking if they would be able to clean it for me or if it had to be replaced and they said it would take them five minutes to clean but would charge me because they did not fix the screen originally and that the previous technician should clean it. I called her to tell her the story and she kept insisting it be replaced and that I can’t just have it cleaned. To end the story my camera is still not cleaned. I will never go back there and suggest no one else go there unless they are looking for attitude and a half job.
